RETURN / EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new JANGA, simply send ‘em back.
JANGAS are meant to be sucks free. Love em…Keep em, if not send it back.

All returns must be in NEW condition. Unworn with tags still attached.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must contain original receipt purchase.
Return your suit with a tracking number postage in a bag the same size as it arrived to you (small bags can damage and crease the neoprene resulting in a rejected return).
Customers to pay for return postage costs.
If you wear the wetsuit in the water we will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit.
Our R&D and Customer care department will very carefully inspect all returns.
Sorry no exceptions.

If your return is for an incorrect size let us know the new size you would like and we will post you out a new suit.
